Jeff Ingman
Jeff has 30 years experience in working with people to deliver successful outcomes and
positive results. He is an experienced company director and has led rapidly growing
teams through times of change since the mid 1990's. He is a specialist in 'human capital',
with particular skills in employee engagement, capacity building, motivation and
organisational development.
Educated as a Geologist and Engineer at the Universities of Sheffield and Leeds, Jeff
spent the early years of his career working on engineering projects in Africa and the
Middle East. By the early 1990’s, Jeff was in the midst of the rapidly emerging
environmental sector and led two businesses through periods of rapid growth and
organisational change. Using 'sustainability' as a theme for engaging staff, Jeff has
worked with high street banks, professional services organisations, global logistics
companies and mass transport providers to align their short term tactics with long
term strategy.
Jeff has developed several proprietary tools and techniques for engagement and
sustainability that now sit within the Mason Hardy IP bank, but his work is done mostly
on his feet in front of people. He has authored several articles on employee engagement
that have been published in the Human Resources press.
